Refund policy

NO CANCELLATIONS:  ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED, IT IS PLACED AND WILL BE SHIPPED OUT WITHIN 24 BUSINESS HOURS.

We do not allow returns on cut fabric, books, or patterns due to the nature of the products.

We do not accept any returns on clearance items, bundles, or bargain bin items.  

RETURN POLICY:  If you wish to return a pre-packaged item, you have a 14 day window to do so as long as the item has NOT been opened and is still in the original sealed packaging.  There will be a 20% restocking fee, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.  

Please fill out the contact form and send us an email.  Once we verify the product is valid for return,  we will issue you a Return Item Verification Code.  Please include within the packaging your original order number and the Return Item Verification code.  This will speed up the refund process.

If you have a return, please make sure that when shipping back you have a tracking number.  Your refund for the price of the fabric MINUS THE 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be processed once the goods have been received in new original sealed packaging.  Shipping is non-refundable.
